Join us for an engaging and informative discussion on the Detection of AI-Generated Images Across the Lifespan with Dr. Nelson Roque. Generative artificial intelligence (AI) has become more accessible than ever, but with increased accessibility comes growing concern over its potential for misuse especially in spreading misinformation aimed at older adults. This issue is pressing, as AI-generated content is estimated to make up 10% of all online material in 2025. In this Lunch and Learn session, Dr. Roque will examine how well people of different age groups can identify AI-manipulated images. He will also share strategies to help individuals better guard against the risks of deceptive AI-generated content.
